Role & Responsibilities: Deliver clinical care to adult patients with complex needs, including feeding tubes, tracheostomy, ventilators, and medication administration (training available). Collaborate with a team to ensure outstanding patient outcomes and utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes. Qualifications & Skills: Hold an active, unencumbered RN license in the state, with current CPR certification and TB test within last 12 months. Prior hands-on nursing experience preferred. Reliable transportation is required. Key Duties: Provide personalized nursing care, maintain compliance with health regulations, and support patients in their home environment.
