About the role
Join a compassionate healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) in home care settings.
Responsibilities
- Providing skilled nursing care to adult patients with complex needs, including feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators, and medication administration (training available).
- Ensuring clinical outcomes through compassionate patient care and collaboration with team members.
- Documenting care electronically using provided tablets.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the practicing state (compact licenses must be transferred within 90 days).
- Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training available if needed).
- TB test completed within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation.
- Prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
