About the role

Join a leading homecare provider as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN). You will provide compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients in their homes, including feeding tube and medication administration. Training is available for specialized tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care to pediatric patients, including feeding tube and medication administration.
• Ensure clinical outcomes through patient-centered support and teamwork.
• Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.

Requirements

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state.
• Current CPR certification (training available if needed).
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
