About the role
Join a compassionate homecare team as a Licensed Practical / Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN).
Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care for infants, including feeding tube and medication administration (training available).
- Ensure clinical outcomes through compassionate, patient-centered care, utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.
- Deliver personalized nursing care and support to pediatric patients, primarily infants.
- Administer medications and manage feeding tubes following training.
- Maintain accurate electronic documentation.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal clinical outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state.
- Current CPR certification (training available post-hire).
- TB skin test within the last 12 months.
- Reliable transportation.
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required.
