In Home Healthcare LVN: Low Acuity ( Full-Time availability)

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
• Assist with feeding tube management and seizure care
• Document patient care using electronic tablets provided by Aveanna
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations regarding home healthcare

Requirements

• Maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component
• TB skin test (within the last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Pass a background check
• Pass a drug screening

Pay

Compensation varies based on experience and qualifications, but is competitive within the industry.

Schedule

Monday-Friday (8a-5p) and Saturday-Sunday (8a-6p)
