In-Home Healthcare LPN - Overnight (Part-Time/Full-Time)

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a home setting, primarily for children with feeding tubes and medication needs
• Administer feeds and medications (training available)
• Utilize electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practice state (compact licenses transferred within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification (training available)
• TB test within the last 12 months
• Reliable transportation
• Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience

Pay

$1,500 sign‑on bonus, paid in two installments ($500 after 4 weeks of work, $1,000 after an additional 90 days), subject to verification and employment status. Weekly/daily pay is also offered.

Monday‑Friday, 11:00 pm – 7:00 am in Choctaw, OK.
