About the role

Responsibilities
- Providing one-on-one skilled nursing care in patients' homes
- Following physician-prescribed care plans and documenting care accurately
- Administering medications, treatments, and therapies
- Conducting patient assessments and coordinating care
- Educating and training family members on health management
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state
- Current CPR certification (training available if needed)
- TB test within the past 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
