This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations for patients
• Engage with patients to build trusted relationships
• Provide diagnostic and preventive services as required
• Perform a thorough review of medications and medical history
• Adapt to diverse home environments and patient needs
• Facilitate connections to necessary care and resources
• Conduct virtual visits when necessary

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in coverage area
• Multi-state licenses preferred
• Experience in conducting in-home health evaluations
• Strong interpersonal skills for patient engagement
• Familiarity with technology for clinical workflows
