In-Home Health - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Full Time) - Cambridge MA

This role supports high-priority business initiatives that require strong execution, sound judgment, and measurable follow-through. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to clarify priorities, solve operational challenges, and move important work forward. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations and assessments
• Build trusted relationships with patients
• Review medication and medical history
• Engage with patients to address health questions
• Conduct additional diagnostic tests as ordered
• Provide necessary health services
• Travel locally and virtually as needed

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted NP or PA license in coverage areas
• Board certification (required)
• Multi-state licenses preferred
• Experience in in-home health evaluations is a plus
• Ability to work with diverse patient environments

Pay

$95,738 – $206,206 annually
