Job Highlights
The visit, which lasts about 45 minutes, allows for time to connect one-on-one and answer health questions. It includes a medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and, if ordered by the person’s health plan, additional diagnostic tests (i.e., diabetic eye exams, spirometry, etc.). You’ll use an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow for each evaluation and are not required to prescribe medicine, order lab tests or alter people’s current treatment regimen.

Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s)
- Board certification (required)
- Multi-state licenses (preferred)
Required & Preferred Qualifications (NPs And PAs)
- Able to cover the following primary locations: Boston and surrounding area
- This pay range represents the base pay for each In-Home Health Evaluation (and associated visit) completed by a physician. The number of In-Home Health Evaluations (and associated visits) completed per day may vary. Pay is dependent on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant criteria.
- This position is eligible for other reimbursement opportunities, including pay per completed Diagnostic and Preventative Services (DPS), as ordered, in addition to the base pay listed above.
Pay Range
The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is $95,738.00 - $206,206.00
