In Home Health Care RN - Full Time Nights

We are seeking compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide skilled homecare for pediatric patients with feeding tubes and medication administration needs. Key Responsibilities Include Delivering and documenting personalized, high-quality nursing care according to physician orders and care plans.Assessing patient conditions, monitoring changes, and reporting to supervisors or physicians.Developing, implementing, and updating nursing care plans.Providing patient and family education on disease management, self-care, and prevention.Ensuring infection control standards and maintaining compliance with policies and regulations. Qualifications And Skills Required Active, unencumbered RN license in the practice state.Current CPR certification.TB test within the past 12 months.Six months of hands-on nursing experience preferred.Reliable transportation and ability to travel. Ideal Candidates Possess Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.Effective problem-solving and communication abilities.Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform prolonged walking, standing, and repositioning.Ability to work in diverse environments, including exposure to bodily fluids and infectious diseases.
