Key Responsibilities
- Delivering and coordinating patient care according to physician orders and care plans.
- Assessing patient conditions, monitoring responses, and reporting changes.
- Documenting assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and timely.
- Developing, updating, and implementing nursing care plans.
- Providing patient and family education on disease management and self-care.
- Ensuring infection control and compliance with regulations and policies.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the relevant state.
- Current CPR certification and TB test within last 12 months.
- Preferred experience in pediatrics or relevant clinical settings.
- Reliable transportation and strong clinical assessment skills.

- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, perform prolonged standing, and respond to emergencies.
