In-Home Furniture Repair Technician

Role: In-Home Furniture Repair Technician Responsibilities Travel to customers’ homes to diagnose and repair issues with wood, upholstery, leather, and motion furniture.Perform structural, cosmetic, and mechanical repairs, as well as assembling or adjusting furniture.Ensure first-visit resolution whenever possible to enhance customer satisfaction.Document work in service systems and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.Collaborate with store, warehouse, and customer care teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Qualifications & Skills Strong mechanical aptitude and craftsmanship skills.Ability to diagnose, repair, and assemble various furniture types.Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and documentation.Team-oriented mindset focused on integrity and accountability.
