Caregiver Job Duties
- Support clients in activities of daily living such as (but not limited to): household chores, cooking and/or serving meals, helping clients bathe, dress, and groom, providing companionship through daily activities and hobbies, transporting clients for errands or appointments in your car, assisting with gait belt or Hoyer transfers, monitoring and reporting on their condition
Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- Ability to pass a state and national background check
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance and clean driving record
- Active WA State CNA or HCA license and up to date on CE credits
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to provide more than companionship care and work with different care levels
- Smart phone with ability to download and utilize the AxisCare app
