Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Care Professionals to join our team in the Lakewood area. The ideal candidates will have a genuine desire to make a positive difference in the lives of our clients and individuals with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver essential personal care, support with daily activities, and companionship, ensuring clients maintain independence and comfort in their own homes.
• Go to the store for the client and prepare their meals.
• Provide reminders for medication, bathing, dressing, grooming, and other tasks.
• Assist with errands and shopping.
• Bath, shower, dress, and groom the client.
• Assist with ambulation and transfers.
• Encourage exercise and remind the client about prescribed exercises.
• Protective oversight for safety, stand-by assistance.
• Complete required documentation and communicate effectively with team members.
• Follow all agency policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Previous care giving experience.
• A passion for care giving and a wish to help others.
• Attentiveness for being present and providing quality care.
• Respect, patience, empathy, and kindness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
