Responsibilities
As a Home Care Caregiver, you'll work one-on-one with clients in their homes, providing the support they need to remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible. Depending on the client, your day may include:
- Companionship and conversation
- Personal care and assistance with daily activities
- Meal preparation
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Medication reminders
- Mobility assistance and fall prevention
- Transportation, appointments, and errands
- Providing reassurance, encouragement, and emotional support

What We're Looking For
You don't have to be perfect. You do have to be someone our clients and their families can count on. We're looking for people who are:
- At least 18 years old
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Patient and comfortable working with seniors
- Strong communicators
- Able to work independently while still being part of a team
- Equipped with a valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Able to successfully complete required background screening and professional references
