What You’ll Do

  • Provide BCBA oversight for a limited caseload of clients.
  • Develop and maintain individualized, assent-based treatment plans.
  • Support and supervise Behavior Technicians through coaching and modeling.
  • Engage families in therapy through collaborative parent training.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust programming based on data and team input.

Pay

Earn a base wage of $75/hour

Schedule

This part-time role does not include benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), or paid time off. However, you’ll gain flexibility, strong clinical support, and the chance to make a lasting impact—one client at a time.

Qualifications
