What You’ll Do

  • Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services
  • Manageable caseload of up to 10 clients per week
  • Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
  • Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
  • Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality
  • Maintain ethical documentation and comply with BACB and state guidelines

What You’ll Need

  • Active BCBA certification from the BACB
  • State licensure where required
  • ABA experience (RBT background preferred for new BCBAs)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a clinic-based setting
  • Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment
