About the role
Luxury Bath Technologies and Home Concepts Remodeling are expanding their presence in the Norther Arizona market. This is an opportunity for a top-performing In-Home Design Consultant to join a fast-growing leader in the home remodeling industry.
Responsibilities
- Run 2 pre-qualified appointments per day (10 per week)
- Conduct in-home consultations and assess customer needs
- Build rapport and present customized design solutions
- Set clear expectations and guide customers through the process
- Close sales and deliver a high-quality customer experience
- Attend 2 in-person sales meetings per month
- Support team success and uphold company standards
Requirements
- 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience (required)
- Bathroom remodeling experience is a plus
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
- Tech-savvy (iPad, MS Office, CRM systems, Google Drive)
- Valid driver’s license required
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Qualifications
- Must be available for at least 3 Saturdays per month
