About the role

Luxury Bath Technologies and Home Concepts Remodeling are seeking an experienced In-Home Design Consultant to join their team in the Norther Arizona market. This role offers a fast-paced environment with significant earning potential.

Responsibilities

• Run 2 pre-qualified appointments per day (10 per week)
• Conduct in-home consultations and assess customer needs
• Build rapport and present customized design solutions
• Set clear expectations and guide customers through the process
• Close sales and deliver a high-quality customer experience
• Attend 2 in-person sales meetings per month
• Support team success and uphold company standards

Requirements

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience (required)
• Bathroom remodeling experience is a plus
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• Professional appearance and customer-focused mindset
• Tech-savvy (iPad, MS Office, CRM systems, Google Drive)
• Valid driver’s license required
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented

Pay

$125,000–$300,000+ per year (commission + bonuses)

Schedule

• 5 days per week
