About the role

We are seeking a licensed insurance professional with 2+ years of Life & Health insurance experience to step into an established opportunity in the Elkhart market. You'll work with an existing book of business while continuing to grow your own practice through long-standing community partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to provide Medicare, Life Insurance, Retirement, and Financial Services solutions
• Service an existing book of business while growing your own
• Build lasting client relationships through education and exceptional service
• Create your own team if leadership is part of your long-term vision

Qualifications

• Active Indiana Life & Health Insurance License
• Minimum of 2-3 years of insurance sales experience
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Passion for helping clients make informed financial decisions
• Desire to build long-term residual income rather than chasing one-time commissions

Built-In Community Relationships

• Established relationships with respected organizations including American Legion, VFW, Elks Lodge, Fraternal Order of Eagles, and additional community organizations
