About the role

The Field Service Technician (m/f/d) will support and install our self-service and EVC (Electronic Vehicle Charging) products in Vorarlberg and the surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Repair and replacement of IT components - mechanical and electronic
• Repair of AC & DC electronics vehicle charging stations
• Independent work and finding solutions
• Administrative activities such as reports & documentation

Qualifications

• Technical training in the IT & electrical environment (HTL desirable or technical apprenticeship)
• Language: German and English (product-specific)
• Driving licence: B
• Affinity for technology, analytical thinking
• Experience in dealing with customers in the banking environment desirable
• Serious demeanour, team player, flexible, enthusiastic
• Microsoft Office 365 (Word and Excel)

Pay

A market-compliant overpayment depending on qualifications and experience, as well as a company car and mobile phone, which are also available for private use.
