- Work directly with children in our clinic, helping them build meaningful skills through individualized ABA therapy.
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and implement behavior/skill-acquisition plans under BCBA supervision.
- Use positive, assent and play based strategies to shape behavior.
- You'll be taught to safely manage and de-escalate challenging behaviors without the frustration or constant overwhelm.
- Support clients in developing communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
- Collect and accurately document real-time data on client progress.
- Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and the clinic leadership team.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for our kids.
- Required: Active RBT certification (or a willingness to obtain it with our support).
- High school diploma or higher.
- A genuine passion for working with children, plus strong teamwork skills.
- Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work in person at our Augusta, Georgia clinic.
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Preferred: Experience in childcare, ABA, or working with children with autism/developmental disabilities.
- Current students or degree holders in ABA, psychology, education, social work, or a related field.
