    What You’ll Do

    • Work directly with children in our clinic, helping them build meaningful skills through individualized ABA therapy.
    • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and implement behavior/skill-acquisition plans under BCBA supervision.
    • Use positive, assent and play based strategies to shape behavior.
    • You'll be taught to safely manage and de-escalate challenging behaviors without the frustration or constant overwhelm.
    • Support clients in developing communication, social, play, and daily living skills.
    • Collect and accurately document real-time data on client progress.
    • Collaborate closely with BCBAs, families, and the clinic leadership team.
    • Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging environment for our kids.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Required: Active RBT certification (or a willingness to obtain it with our support).
    • High school diploma or higher.
    • A genuine passion for working with children, plus strong teamwork skills.
    • Reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
    • Ability to work in person at our Augusta, Georgia clinic.
    • CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain).
    • Preferred: Experience in childcare, ABA, or working with children with autism/developmental disabilities.
    • Current students or degree holders in ABA, psychology, education, social work, or a related field.
