In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technician | Clinic RBT

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA.
• Track progress, celebrate breakthroughs (big and small), and keep families updated on how their child is doing.
• Work directly with children in their natural environment—within their homes—where your impact is immediate and meaningful.
• Build relationships with families and help create real, lasting change under the guidance of our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Comfortable traveling to clients' homes within your service area.
• Reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and auto insurance.

Qualifications

• Passionate about working with children.
• Experience in ABA is a plus.

Skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay connected with your clinical team.
