Import Hub Warehouse Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew doing multiple functions in multiple areas of the warehouse
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all levels of management and customers
• Communicate effectively with all levels of management and customers via email or phone conversations
• Direct daily activities to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
• Maintain compliance with legal regulations and company policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3-5 years’ experience working in shipping and receiving departments; previous supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work well with others
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work 8 hours to 12 hours a day, standing on a concrete surface

Pay

• Bunzl California salary range for this role is $70,304 - $80,000 based on experience, education and geographic location

Schedule

• Must be able to work 8 hours to 12 hours a day, standing on a concrete surface
