About The Role
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure a safe and efficient work environment, and lead a high-performing team.
Responsibilities
- Enforce and maintain all facility safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse and ensure proper operation of equipment
- Identify and resolve safety concerns and operational issues within the warehouse
- Develop, implement, and improve warehouse operational procedures
- Cross-train team members across warehouse functions to ensure flexibility and efficiency
- Monitor attendance and adjust staffing assignments as needed to meet operational demands
- Measure, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity and employee performance
- Address employee concerns in a professional and timely manner, fostering a positive team environment
- Auxiliary warehouse tasks as needed to meet branch schedules and customer commitments
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and alignment with company goals
Requirements
- Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs
- To obtain forklift certification
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented, goal-driven, and self-motivated
- Proficient computer skills required
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree required
- Minimum of 4 years of related warehouse or supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ledger manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is a plus
