About the role
This role is available to Veterans, Transitioning Military, National Guard and Reserve Members, Military Spouses, Wounded Warriors, and their Caregivers. It is a unique chance to work across a broad range of International Trade Compliance activities that supports the enterprise within BAE Systems’ Electronic Solutions Business Sector.
Responsibilities
- Knowledge of ITAR and EAR
- Assistance to International Trade Compliance Department
- Preparation of export documentation
- Coverage of provisos on licenses and agreements
- Approval of foreign travel and foreign visitors
- Investigation of export transactions
- Development and presentation of export-related training materials
- Providing assistance to BAE Systems and government agencies
- Maintenance of export licensing records
- Conducting internal compliance audits
- Preparation and distribution of periodic reports
Requirements
- Detail-oriented
- Good writing skills
- Good organization/communication skills
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience with high school diploma; 2+ years with associate's degree; or 0+ years with bachelor's degree
- Ability to use computer skills to prepare appropriate reports and documents
- Ability to make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles, and applicable state and federal laws and regulations
Skills
- Experience with OCR EASE global trade management software

Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $56,401 - $95,881
Schedule
The role is conducted in a hybrid remote work format, with the individual splitting their time between offices in Nashua, NH, or Austin, TX, and remotely from an alternate work place. Applicants must currently reside in either the Nashua, NH, or Austin, TX metro areas.
