We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. We must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Also remove navigation/cookie etc. Must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We have content: Job Description paragraph (intro). Responsibilities list (many bullet-like sentences). Compensation ranges (Pay). Skills and Experience (Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications). Benefits paragraph. Also maybe About Us? The instruction says use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have About the role maybe the intro paragraph. Responsibilities we have. Requirements maybe combine Required Qualifications? Qualifications maybe separate? Skills maybe combine? We need to decide sections. We have: Job Description intro (could be About the role). Responsibilities (list). Pay (Compensation Ranges). Skills and Experience (Required Qualifications, Preferred Qualifications). Benefits. Possibly Schedule? Not present (travel 5%-10% annually could be schedule? but schedule usually work hours; travel is not schedule. Could include Travel under maybe Responsibilities? Not needed. No explicit schedule. So we omit Schedule. We must not create sections with placeholder. So include only those with content. We need to use

for each section heading. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from responsibilities, qualifications, benefits, pay ranges, etc. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, drug-free workplace? The drug-free workplace is maybe considered boilerplate? It's a condition of employment but maybe considered legal. The instruction: Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. So we should remove the Drug-Free Workplaces paragraph (legal). Also remove About Us? That's not boilerplate but maybe considered "About Us" which is not in the list of headings but could be considered "About the role"? Actually we have an "About Us" paragraph describing company. Could be considered part of About the role? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we could treat the introductory paragraph as About the role. The About Us paragraph maybe not needed; but it's substantive info about company. However the instruction says preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we should keep About Us info. But we don't have a heading for About Us; we could put it under About the role? Might be okay to include as part of About the role. Or we could create a heading "About the company" but not in list; but we could still use

for any section heading? The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It gives examples but not exclusive; we could still use other headings but better to stick to those. Probably we should incorporate About Us into About the role section. Thus sections: - About the role (intro + maybe About Us) - Responsibilities (list) - Pay (Compensation Ranges) - Skills (maybe combine Required and Preferred Qualifications) - Benefits We could also have Requirements (maybe same as Skills). But we have Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications; we could put them under Skills and Experience heading. We need to avoid duplication. Let's extract content. Intro paragraph: "Saab, Inc. is growing, and import compliance is being stood up as its own discipline within Trade Compliance, separate from logistics execution. The successful candidate is a self-starter who is motivated to advance U.S. import compliance and customs authorization for defense and commercial programs, build relationships across sites and brokers, write import policies and turn them into understandable operational procedures, and help design how U.S. imports are authorized, documented, and measured. In this role, you will authorize the cross-border move and maintain compliance. Supply Chain’s logistics team will book freight, create BOLs, and settle carrier invoices." That's About the role. Responsibilities: list of bullet-like sentences. We'll convert each to
  • . List: - Construct, improve, and run the U.S. import control framework for Saab, Inc., including entry review, exception handling, and CBP inquiries. - Build relationships with site shipping, programs, brokers, and forwarders so the handoff works, with shipment facts in and compliance direction and authorization out. - Draft and operationalize import policies and SOPs, including clearance, Temporary Import Bond (TIB), Carnet, DSP-61 temporary import license, permanent import, Duty-Free Entry (DFE), broker engagement, and recordkeeping. - Engage with Saab, Inc.’s international affiliates and other entities to coordinate imports into and exports from the U.S. - Clear imports through Customs by reviewing entry packets and resolving classification, valuation, origin, and document issues before the broker files. - Assign and maintain HTS classifications, add and track items in the system, and coordinate ECCN/USML questions with the export team. - Administer DFE under HTSUS 9808.00.30 by adding eligible contracts in Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), coordinating Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) certificates with brokers, and keeping DFARS 252.225-7013 documentation complete. - Manage TIBs, carnets, and ITAR temporary import authorizations, including DSP-61 licenses and exemptions, as well as tracking, close-out, and retention. - Support ACE for imports, including Periodic Monthly Statement duty accuracy, protest flags, and payment authorization. Logistics and Accounting code the same statement to cost centers. - Support customs bonds, including U.S. and Non-Resident Importer (NRI) Canada, and Powers of Attorney and the authorized-filer list under subject matter oversight. - Manage the compliance side of broker and forwarder relationships, including SOPs, the authorized-broker list, and compliance KPIs. - Logistics owns rates, booking, and freight-invoice approval. - Approve International Shipping Requests (ISR) and domestic tariff questionnaires as assigned. - Put import and temporary import/export activity into a durable system of record, such as OCR EASE, SharePoint, or an equivalent platform, and help shape how that looks as tools mature. - Use SharePoint and practical process-improvement skills to replace informal knowledge with an understandable and repeatable process that sites can follow. - Assess sites against the import requirements you help prepare, then address gaps directly rather than work around them. - Travel domestically and possibly internationally, 5%-10% annually. Pay: Compensation Ranges with location-based ranges. We need to preserve all details. We'll put in a

maybe with the ranges. Compensation Ranges: East Syracuse, NY, Auburn Hills, MI, Grayling, MI, Orlando, FL, and West Lafayette, IN: $64,600 - $80,700 Bristol, RI, and Cranston, RI: $71,000 - $88,800 Ashburn, VA, Quincy, MA, and Washington, D.C.: $77,400 - $96,800 The compensation range provided is a general guideline. When extending an offer, Saab, Inc. considers factors including (but not limited to) the role and associated responsibilities, location, and market and business considerations, as well as the candidate's work experience, key skills, and education/training. We'll keep that as prose. Skills and Experience: Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. We'll maybe have a heading "Skills" (or "Qualifications") and include both required and preferred as lists. Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in international business, supply chain, or a related field with 3+ years in U.S. import/customs operations or import compliance (including entry packets, HTS, and broker coordination), or a Master’s degree with 1+ year of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - Working knowledge of CBP entry, HTS classification, and how a broker files. - Sufficient export control literacy to flag DSP-61, TIB, Carnet, or ITAR issues and escalate them while providing clear information and options to enable decision-making. - Experience writing or improving a procedure, playbook, or SharePoint/tracker that other people then used. - Strong communication skills to clearly explain issues and requirements rather than simply state them. - Microsoft Excel proficiency, comfort working in ACE or a GTM tool, and willingness to work in internal systems and platforms. - Must be a U.S. person. - Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance may be required depending on activities. - This position may require access to export-controlled technical data. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience within the defense industry. - Security clearance or eligibility to obtain a security clearance. - Experience working with foreign entities and an appreciation of cultural differences. - Ability to work independently as well as under direction. - Strong organizational skills to perform and manage multiple substantive and administrative activities concurrently. - Ability to build and cultivate strong working relationships with brokers, site shipping, programs, and other key stakeholders. - Enjoys challenges, identifies improvements, and finds solutions. - Motivation to learn and improve. - Interest in sitting for the Customs Broker License exam later with Saab, Inc.’s backing (subject to company policy and approval). Also Citizenship Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder), or protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3). This is also a requirement; we could include under Required Qualifications maybe as a separate bullet. But it's separate section; we could include under Skills or Requirements. Since we have a heading "Requirements" maybe we put citizenship there. But we already have Required Qualifications includes Must be a U.S. person (which covers citizen, permanent resident, protected individual). Actually "Must be a U.S. person" is similar but not exactly same as citizenship requirement. The citizenship requirement is more specific. We'll keep both. We could combine them under Required Qualifications. Benefits: paragraph: "Saab provides an excellent working environment offering professional growth opportunities, competitive wages, work-life balance, a business casual atmosphere and comprehensive benefits. Highlights include: Medical, vision, and dental insurance for employees and dependentsGenerous paid time off, including 8 designated holidays401(k) with employer contributionsTuition assistance and student loan assistanceWellness and employee assistance resourcesEmployee stock purchase opportunitiesShort-term and long-term disability coverage" We need to format as list maybe. The highlights are a run-on string; we need to split into items. The original text: "Highlights include: Medical, vision, and dental insurance for employees and dependentsGenerous paid time off, including 8 designated holidays401(k) with employer contributionsTuition assistance and student loan assistanceWellness and employee assistance resourcesEmployee stock purchase opportunitiesShort-term and long-term disability coverage" It seems missing spaces/punctuation. We'll parse: Medical, vision, and dental insurance for employees and dependents; Generous paid time off, including 8 designated holidays; 401(k) with employer contributions; Tuition assistance and student loan assistance; Wellness and employee assistance resources; Employee stock purchase opportunities; Short-term and long-term disability coverage. We'll make a

with those items. Also About Us paragraph: "Saab is a leading defense and security company with an enduring purpose, to help nations keep their people and society safe. Empowered by its 28,000 talented people, Saab constantly pushes
