About the role
Fiserv is a global leader in fintech and payments, connecting financial institutions, corporations, merchants, and consumers millions of times daily. As an Implementations Analyst, Sr. Professional, you will assist in the implementation, training, consulting, and support of software, becoming a subject matter expert in the products you implement.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and high-priority implementations, training, consulting, and configuration of Configure Digital software.
- Resolve small and moderate complex product and/or technical issues.
- Manage project oversight and ensure project deliverables meet acceptance criteria.
- Build relationships across various groups within Fiserv to deliver solutions.
- Engage directly with clients from project kickoff through go-live, assessing business needs, identifying solutions, and managing requirements.
- Manage product configuration setup and updates, conduct validation of configurations and connectivity testing, and oversee post-go-live warranty support.
- Manage multiple projects, provide client training and production support, and coordinate client schedules.
- Monitor project plans to meet timelines, assist with managing client expectations, and thoroughly track, organize, document, and communicate all product implementation activities.
- Act as a liaison between various parties for projects involving multiple product offerings or interfaces.
- Develop and maintain a full understanding of Fiserv products and services, and stay updated on relevant industry trends and best practices.
- Provide technical and product assistance and support to other Implementation Analysts and various Fiserv teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience with customer-facing projects or in a client support role.
- Financial Services Industry experience.
- Proficient core computer skills (Microsoft Office, moving files between systems, Windows basics).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or Business.
- Fiserv core or Online Banking experience.
- Strong time management skills to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Research and analytical skills to problem-solve issues and determine appropriate options for clients.
- Basic networking and data communication understanding is beneficial.
