Implementations - Sr Professional II

About the role

Fiserv is a global leader in fintech and payments, connecting financial institutions, corporations, merchants, and consumers millions of times daily. The Implementations - Sr Professional II position involves assisting in the implementation, training, consulting, and support of software, including building relationships across various Fiserv groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and high-priority implementations, training, consulting, and configuration of Configure Digital software.
• Resolve small and moderate complex product and/or technical issues as a subject matter expert.
• Manage project deliverables and ensure they meet acceptance criteria.
• Build and manage relationships across Fiserv to deliver solutions.
• Engage with clients from project kickoff through go-live, assessing their needs and providing training and support.
• Oversee post-go-live warranty support for Fiserv clients.
• Track, organize, document, and communicate all product implementation activities for each client.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and adjusting shifts as needed.
• Provide technical and product assistance to other Implementation Analysts and Fiserv teams.
• Perform data mapping, code validations, and go-live support as required.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience with customer-facing projects or in a client support role.
• Financial Services Industry experience.
• Proficient in core computer skills (Microsoft Office, file transfers, Windows basics).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, or Business.
• Fiserv core or Online Banking experience.
• Strong time management and communication skills, including written, oral, and presentation skills.
• Ability to problem-solve and research industry trends and best practices.
• Basic understanding of networking and data communication.
