Implementation Technician (Windows 11 Upgrade Project)

Our client is seeking an onsite, field-based Implementation Technician to support a large-scale Windows 11 upgrade project across various locations in Westchester County and the Bronx, NY. Travel between sites is required.

Responsibilities

• Support a Windows 11 upgrade project by installing and deploying new computers
• Image and deploy machines across multiple sites
• Install and configure software as needed
• Provide a professional, customer-service-oriented presence at each site

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional IT support experience
• Experience imaging and deploying machines
• Experience with Office 365
• Comfortable and able to travel to various sites as needed; must have a car
• Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
• Well-spoken with strong presentation and customer service skills

Pay

$30/hour
