About the role

As an Implementation Specialist at Epiq, you will lead new client implementations, client contract changes, and internal or special projects. Each project relies on a customized plan that can include hands-on training (remote or on-site), consulting, data migration planning and execution, customized workflows and processes (internal and client), client relationship management, and overall project management. You will be responsible for the outcome of the project and its success.

You will work as part of a team of peers to handle incoming project requests and report to the Manager, Implementation. Specialists collaborate heavily with all other internal teams at Epiq, depending on project requirements, and may take on project responsibilities directly. This position requires knowledge of proprietary Epiq services, processes, and technology, which will be gained during the first months of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple simultaneous projects or efforts with competing deadlines and challenges.
  • Take personal responsibility for project outcomes to ensure success.
  • Create clear and effective documentation.
  • Collaborate with other teams and lead without direct reporting relationships.
  • Learn new technology solutions, including independently researching complex technical concepts or software and consulting with customers.
  • Build collaborative relationships with clients and internal contacts.
  • Work well under pressure in a reactive, agile project-based environment.
  • Participate in continuous personal development to meet new client and business opportunities.
  • Travel 5-10% depending on client and project requirements.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience or certification related to project management or project coordination.
  • 1-2 years of experience leading customer remote and/or on-site training programs.
  • 1-2 years of experience with information technology.
  • Personal experience with legal services or litigation support.
  • 1-2 years of software experience or certification related to Relativity.
  • 1-2 years of software experience or certification related to eDiscovery collection, process, or review technology.

Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional ability to create clear and effective documentation.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills, even without direct reporting relationships.

Pay

The compensation range for this role is $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Your specific salary will be determined based on location-based market rate, your abilities, performance during screening and interviews, and pay parity with the wider team.
