About the role
The Implementation Project Manager independently leads multiple client onboarding engagements, customizing processes to client needs and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously with ownership and accountability
- Adapt onboarding strategies for moderately complex clients
- Coordinate internal teams, anticipate client needs, and mitigate risks
- Utilize onboarding tools and data to track progress and identify trends
- Collaborate with senior team members to review feedback and improve processes
- Mentor less experienced team members and contribute to continuous improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of project management experience and 2+ years leading client-facing projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement, cross-functional coordination, and risk management skills
- Experience with onboarding tools like GuideCX or Smartsheet (preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; PMP certification preferred
- Excellent relationship management and communication abilities
