Implementation/Project Manager

Rising Medical Solutions is seeking a dynamic leader with a diverse skill set to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in client management and business analysis to contribute to our mission in the medical cost containment field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead projects and client integrations for both internal and external customers
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Use statistical concepts and quantitative methods to establish baselines, identify root causes, and reduce failures
• Identify and implement improvement opportunities
• Guide clients and project members on best practices and efficient workflows
• Quantify results in terms of cost savings and impact on key performance indicators
• Create and/or develop use cases, process flows, and training materials for projects and client integrations
• Develop and/or execute test plans and training materials relevant to the project
• Collaborate with various resources to ensure that system design requirements align with defined business processes and fully support functional business requirements
• Oversee the Implementation Team and work closely with senior leadership and other department heads

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in technical or management field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Project Management
• Project Management Certification
• Experience in workers' compensation insurance, medical bill review, or healthcare industry
• Experience implementing client-server and web-based applications
• Experience interacting with business users to define clear scope and create/manage cross-functional teams
• Experience with large-scale custom software development projects
• Previous leadership experience
• A strong working knowledge of business process reengineering and requirements analysis
• A working knowledge of database and data modeling tools and concepts
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly and lead collaborative meetings
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and make quick decisions
• Up to 10% travel
