Implementation Project Coordinator ( Jacksonville, FL )

Responsible for

• Managing implementation activities for medium-complexity projects.
• Capturing and coordinating project deliverables, timelines, and system configurations.
• Serving as a liaison between internal business lines and project stakeholders.
• Participating in client meetings to support project execution, issue resolution, and successful implementation outcomes.
• Identifying, designing, developing, and implementing assigned projects.
• Participating in training users and evaluating the project.
• Managing performance of the project team and evaluating overall team performance.

Required

• Must be able to adhere to a hybrid work model, including mandatory in-office presence on Tuesdays and Thursdays, remaining days to meet requirements are flexible.
• Must have three to five years of experience in project management activities.
• Must be able to work on-site full-time during the initial training and onboarding period to support knowledge transfer, collaboration, and successful integration into the team.

Pay Range

$66,640.00 - $78,400.00
