Implementation Program Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Implementation Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Transportation space. This role will oversee customer onboarding programs from initial commitment through launch and post-implementation feedback, ensuring each engagement stays aligned with customer needs and internal priorities. The Implementation Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams to drive milestones, manage complexity, and deliver a smooth transition for customers. In this highly visible position, you will help improve implementation performance, strengthen the customer experience, and support ongoing process improvements across the organization.
