Job Description

The Implementation Professional accurately surveys and assesses the needs of the client while properly understanding the scalability and limitations of the software application. The Implementation Professional is expected to interpret the client’s need into a functioning process, to reach out for assistance when needed, and to do the research required to meet the needs of a client.

Job Responsibilities

  • Schedules and coordinates the implementation process for a timely setup.
  • Conducts effective Welcome and Survey calls and maintains contact with the client and Proliant team members throughout the implementation process.
  • Sets accurate and realistic expectations regarding the software application and hardware peripherals.
  • Analyzes client needs and provides recommendations for additional features that can be utilized.
  • Fulfills the internal configuration procedures regarding application feature setup for ease of client use.
  • Sets up integration of data communication between ReadyPay Online and other products.
  • Thoroughly reviews and verifies all aspects of the implementation process and application readiness.
  • Captures and coordinates communication with key personnel and departments throughout the entire implementation process.
  • Ensures the daily support of clients, answering questions regarding the products until the client is transitioned to the Support Professional.
  • Maintains and in-depth knowledge of our time and labor products, features, and usage.
  • Built and adjusted parameters, accrual policies, incidences, etc.
  • Researches various time system issues for clients and internal teammates.
  • Professionally services clients and collaborates with other representatives.
  • Proactively identifies issues and solutions for clients to quickly address their needs.
  • Excellently serves clients to ensure all clients are highly satisfied.
  • Stays up-to-date on payroll regulations as to ensure compliance as well as for certification upkeep when relevant.

Job Requirements

  • Some college required, preferably in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or similar field.
  • 5+ years of experience in the Payroll industry preferred.
  • Experience in technical support including networking basics and communication is a plus.
  • A high understanding of and ability to develop proficiency in Company software and all other applicable software programs.
  • A highly motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and accountable individual.
  • Excellent communication skills, and comfortable communicating in serious scenarios.
  • Able to manage and complete multiple projects and activities with strict time-sensitive deadlines.
  • Experience with SQL a plus.
