Responsibilities
- Orchestrate the entire implementation journey, serving as the strategic partner for clients from initial kickoff to successful software adoption.
- Design and execute tailored implementation strategies that align Trimble’s powerful estimating tools with specific client business objectives.
- Mastermind technical software setups and integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between MEP platforms and third-party applications.
- Champion continuous improvement by leveraging data insights and AI-driven efficiencies to evolve onboarding processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams to advocate for client needs and influence the software roadmap.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software implementation, onboarding, or technical consulting roles.
- Strong background in MEP trades, engineering, or construction estimating workflows.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to lead multiple complex client engagements simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy professional comfortable using CRM systems, productivity suites, and modern AI-enabled tools.
- Superior communication skills with a talent for translating technical concepts into business value.
Qualifications
- For hands-on experience with Trimble MEP estimating platforms.
- An educational background in Construction Management or a related technical field.
- Experience documenting software enhancements and navigating product development lifecycles.
Skills
- Technical proficiency in construction estimating and MEP systems.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of AI and machine learning principles.

Pay
This role is compensated at a range of $74,000.00 - $101,800.00 per year, with the actual salary contingent upon experience and qualifications. Additional benefits and compensation may vary based on location and other factors.
