Responsibilities

• Lead high-touch customer onboarding journeys from initial discovery call to final software rollout, aligning implementation plans with client-specific business goals.
• Guide software installation, configuration, and data integration while collaborating cross-functionally to resolve technical escalations.
• Utilize cutting-edge AI-assisted tools to optimize troubleshooting, streamline project tracking, and enhance client documentation efficiency.
• Deliver best-practice consulting and process optimization to maximize customer success and software adoption across North America.

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Background in construction, MEP trades, engineering, or relevant estimating software workflows.
• Proven experience in client-facing roles such as software implementation
