implementation manager, Coffeehouse Excellence

About the role

As an implementation manager on the Operations Implementation team, you will contribute to Starbucks' success by supporting key initiatives with our Back to Starbucks plan. Your role will enable Coffeehouse Excellence to deliver exceptional customer experience across every channel, empowering partners with the tools, training, and support they need to succeed.

Responsibilities

• Empower partners with the tools, training, and support they need to succeed
• Represent the voice of coffeehouse partners and customers across cross-functional teams to influence decisions and drive meaningful outcomes
• Work directly with coffeehouse excellence, product and brand, global supply chain, Starbucks technology, and/or other cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of our Back to Starbucks initiatives

Qualifications

• 3 years of Starbucks district manager experience or 6 years of progressively responsible and equivalent experience including 3 years of retail operations multi-unit management and 3 years of implementation and/or project management in a retail or restaurant environment
• Strong knowledge of coffeehouse operations, processes and procedures
• Ability to apply systems-thinking and an understanding of how cross-functional dependencies influence downstream results
• Ability to establish and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships
• Ability to operate and influence across all levels of the organization
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and decision making
• Ability to manage large or highly-complex projects
• Ability to assess the impact of change and develop processes to ensure effective implementation and user acceptance of new processes, products, procedures or methods

Skills

• Knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices

Pay

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
