About The Role
WellTheory is seeking a passionate and results-driven Implementation Manager to oversee the launch of our enterprise clients and ensure their long-term success as we scale. This role involves owning the entire client implementation process, managing multiple concurrent projects, and coordinating with various stakeholders including HR, benefits, wellness, medical directors, and technical teams.
What You'll Do
- Owning client implementation plans from start to finish, adhering to aggressive timelines
- Gathering business requirements and translating them into clear internal specifications
- Serving as the primary point of contact for client implementation stakeholders
- Coordinating cross-functional workstreams across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Care
- Anticipating and resolving implementation risks with urgency and care
- Contributing to playbooks and best practices as the Implementation function grows
You Might Be a Great Fit If You...
- Have 5+ years of implementation, client onboarding, or program management experience, preferably in digital health, benefits, or related fields, with a proven track record of timely and scope-compliant launches
- Are a relationship-driven communicator, adept at building trust with all levels of clients, from project managers to executives, and skilled at adapting communication styles to different audiences
- Are a structured project manager, able to maintain focus on both big-picture goals and detailed tasks, driving accountability across non-reporting teams
- Are analytical and detail-oriented, with strong business judgment and proficiency in data analysis tools for gathering requirements, troubleshooting, and validating launch readiness
- Bring a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable starting solo and executing tasks while contributing to the development of scalable processes
- Are adaptable and resourceful, creative in problem-solving, calm under pressure, and thrive in a dynamic, fully remote environment
- Have deep empathy for the autoimmune experience, even if not personally affected, and can effectively communicate the lived experience of autoimmune patients to potential customers
- Approach work with a beginner's mindset, eager to learn, solve problems from the ground up, ask questions freely, and remain open to new approaches

- Have been described as a "force of nature" and accomplished something remarkable, such as running a marathon, founding a company, earning a degree while working full-time, or overcoming significant adversity
- Have direct experience in digital health or the autoimmune/chronic condition space
