Implementation Manager

Own the onboarding and implementation of new Siteaware customers and projects. Lead training, support field adoption, and act as a change agent to help teams successfully integrate Siteaware into their daily work. Continuously improve our onboarding process, tools, and materials. Here's what you'll be taking on: Lead end-to-end implementation of Siteaware across new customers and projects. Lead training and enablement to drive adoption across General Contractor and Trade teams. Track onboarding and account health to improve processes and customer experience. You Are: A bachelor's degree holder in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldExperienced with 4+ years in construction project management, site engineering, or field operations Deep understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and challengesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, you'll work directly with clients and internal teams A strong problem solver who is adaptable and comfortable in a startup environmentTech-savvy, curious, and eager to learn new tools and technologiesA confident presenter, capable of designing and executing customer rollout strategies Requirements added by the job poster 4+ years of work experience with Civil Construction
