Implementation Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Implementation Manager to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will own the onboarding and rollout experience for large enterprise clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sale to adoption. You will serve as a central point of coordination across internal teams and client stakeholders, helping to drive early value realization and long-term success. The position blends client-facing program management, adoption analysis, and cross-functional execution in a fast-paced B2B technology environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $125,000 annually Responsibilities Own the onboarding and rollout program for large enterprise clients Serve as the main contact for rollout, aligning resources across teams Track adoption signals and respond with actionable strategies Collaborate with Sales on rollout plans prior to client closure Analyze adoption trends and communicate insights to stakeholders Identify and document best practices for onboarding improvements Understand product and customer personas to enhance onboarding Qualifications 4+ years in client-facing onboarding, customer success, or program management in B2B SaaS Experience with change management practices for tool adoption Familiarity with project management tools and CRM software for tracking Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, especially pivot tables and complex formulas Interest in driving operational improvements through scalable processes Strong communication skills for engaging with senior client stakeholders Benefits Performance-based bonus structure Equity opportunities Generous benefits program Flexible remote work environment Support for professional development and growth Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
