Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, installers, landscapers, and designers to deliver high-quality homes.
  • Use artificial intelligence and machine learning to digitize the home building process and build homes 8x faster than other homebuilders.
  • Manage project management and communication issues, procurement and sourcing mistakes, insurance and permitting dependencies, and improve the customer experience.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to address industry challenges.
  • Work closely with the talent development team to enhance employee wellness programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction, real estate, or technology industry.
  • Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
