Responsibilities

• Collaborate with top-tier architects, contractors, installers, landscapers, and designers to deliver exceptional homebuilding experiences.
• Use Homebound's innovative software to streamline the homebuilding process and improve efficiency.
• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, translating these into successful builds.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards, managing permits and inspections.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure materials and services.
• Provide ongoing support to construction teams, addressing challenges and optimizing workflows.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Homebound's technology solutions through feedback and suggestions.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding of new team members, fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in homebuilding, construction, or related industries.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors.
• Experience with project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for innovation and a commitment to excellence in homebuilding.
