About the role

We’re seeking a talented Talent Development Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building better and have a strong background in talent development, training, and employee engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to enhance employee engagement and retention
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent development
• Assist in the development and implementation of succession planning initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent development, training, and employee engagement
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and present findings to stakeholders
• Experience with learning management systems (LMS)

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of HRIS systems
• Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning

$60,000 - $75,000 annually
