About the role
We’re seeking a talented Talent Development Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building better and have a strong background in talent development, training, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires and existing employees
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to enhance employee engagement and retention
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent development
- Assist in the development and implementation of succession planning initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in talent development, training, and employee engagement
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze data and present findings to stakeholders
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of HRIS systems
- Experience with artificial intelligence and machine learning
