About the role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Implementation Manager to lead our clients through a successful onboarding journey. This is a critical client-facing role responsible for managing the entire implementation lifecycle, from project planning and execution to client training and go-live.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple client implementations simultaneously, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase; build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, guiding them through a seamless transition
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for clients to ensure they fully understand and can utilize our platform's features
- Work with clients to configure and set up the software to meet their specific business needs and workflows
- Partner with the Sales, Customer Success, and Technical Support teams to ensure a smooth handoff and a seamless client experience
- Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks during the implementation process
- Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure all parties are aligned
- Provide feedback to the Product and Engineering teams to help improve the software and the overall implementation process
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in complex software implementation, professional services, or a similar project management role
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- A strong understanding of the hospitality industry (e.g., hotels, resorts, restaurants) and the technology that supports it is highly preferred
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to create and execute detailed project plans
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for helping others succeed
- Experience with project management software (e.g., GuideCX, Monday, etc.)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Must be within commuting distance to Farmers Branch, TX and able to work in office at least 4 days per week
