Implementation Manager

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with external clients, brokers, business partners, and internal teams.
• Manage all tasks related to the onboarding of new clients and providers.
• Review eligibility and payroll file specifications with client IT teams.
• Facilitate weekly client meetings, overseeing project deliverables and milestone timelines.
• Cook up coordination with provider implementation resources for testing payroll bills and reconciliation files.
• Maintain oversight of implementation plans to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project status, issues, and risks to the implementation supervisor.
• Utilize ticketing systems and internal tracking tools for technical tasks.
• Manage a variety of implementation projects, including new clients, products, providers, and system upgrades.
• Review technical files for structure and compliance with specifications.
• Deliver post-implementation support to ensure client satisfaction.
• Aid in identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and successful project outcomes.
• Adapt to changing project requirements and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project documentation and reports as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems, Business Management or equivalent.
• Three years of related experience in software implementations – with particular value placed on experience onboarding clients to payroll and/or HR systems.
• Three years of related experience in business or system analysis.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Proficiency in project management, word processing, and spreadsheet computer software applications – particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Experience completing data conversions that require migrating data files from one processing platform to another.
