Implementation Manager

About the role

Lead end-to-end implementation for new clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and sustained success.
Manage strategic projects for existing clients, such as product expansions, re-integrations, and custom initiatives.
Develop a deep knowledge base of your clients' technical setups, business needs, and performance preferences to serve as a strategic advisor over the long term.
Build and nurture relationships with executive-level stakeholders in marketing, technology, and design.
Serve as the primary internal and external point of contact, collaborating across Professional Services, Customer Success, and Product teams.
Translate complex technical concepts into actionable solutions for diverse audiences.
Oversee cross-functional teams in design, engineering, and QA to deliver on-time and within scope.
Proactively identify and resolve risks or blockers to achieve successful outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement of implementation processes and contribute insights to new product launches.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience, including 2+ years in SaaS implementation or consulting, with proven leadership in complex client engagements.
• Strong track record of high-stakes project management with executive stakeholders.
• Expertise in digital marketing/MarTech ecosystems (e.g., ESPs, commerce platforms, tag managers).

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $80,000 to $100,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each specific candidate; including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, applicable certifications, and geographic work location. This may vary depending on living location and market rate.
