About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join Canva’s Global Implementation team as a foundational member. You’ll partner with enterprise and strategic customers for 45 days to lead smooth, value-driven implementations—from product configuration and tailored training to driving user adoption and engagement. As a product expert and trusted advisor, you’ll ensure customers are empowered, confident, and fully equipped to design and grow with Canva—directly contributing to our shared success and mission.
Responsibilities
- Become a Canva product expert. Be the go-to resource for customers within 30 days.
- Lead complex enterprise onboardings, including account configuration such as SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, and domain verification, ensuring customers realize the full value of Canva's platform.
- Partner 1:1 with clients. Develop tailored rollout frameworks that align Canva's best practices with each customer's business structure and goals, ensuring a smooth and successful Canva launch for an evolving set of customers.
- Drive customer timelines and adoption. Understand customer business needs, align them with Canva's best practices, and ensure strong product engagement toward activation targets.
- Co-build implementation processes. Collaborate to refine processes and best practices for the Enhanced and Premier motions, ensuring team success.
- Understand customer use cases. Work closely with teams like Customer Education and Product to improve our Help Center and product experience.
Requirements
- SaaS expertise: 3-5+ years implementing SaaS or enterprise software for large, multi-region clients; experience managing strategic and complex rollouts with a strong consultative approach.
- Technical configuration: Familiarity with enterprise identity and provisioning, including SSO/SAML, SCIM, domain verification, and admin/API configuration, or a proven ability to learn technical setup quickly.
- Strategic project management: Proven ability to scope, plan, and deliver multi-phase projects with cross-functional stakeholders and executive visibility.
- Customer focus: Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and building relationships.
- Problem-solving: Creative and resourceful in finding solutions and always curious to understand the "why" behind customer needs.
- Stakeholder management: Confident engaging with senior decision-makers, influencing cross-functional teams, and driving alignment across diverse business units from executives to frontline staff.
- Autonomy and prioritization: Skilled at prioritizing, organizing, and managing multiple initiatives while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Primary coverage across NAMER, with occasional support for EMEA. Comfort working across time zones and cultures.
Skills

Pay
The salary range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 USD per year, depending on experience and location.
Schedule
This is a hybrid role in Austin, Texas, so you must be able to commute to our office 1-2 times a week.
